Course Summary
|
Everyone in the world regardless of their success levels has the same number of hours in the day. If we start with the same amount of time why is it that some people seem to achieve more then others in the time available? Clearly therefore effectiveness and output have little to do with the hours you work and everything to do with how you use those hours.
This course is aimed at giving you the tools to use your time more productively, whilst at the same time lead a balanced life, achieve all your current goals and meet the new goals that are part of the changing pattern of the work environment.
This course includes, but goes beyond, the traditions of effective time management. It demonstrates that through self-awareness and motivation we are capable of more than we believe we can do, yet makes room for the rest of our life outside of work.
What you will learn
- Making more productive use of your time
- A serious look at stress
- How to define time
- The management of time
- Setting life’s priorities
- Beating the time bandits
- The most necessary skill of all – Goal Setting
- Getting organised
- Removing worry
- Getting the fun back into your life
Who should attend?
This course is designed to organise the disorganised, reduce the hours for those who have to work long hours to keep up, and to increase the productive time for those who can only work within prescribed times, in essence unless you feel totally in control - this is the course for you.
