Course Summary

This course has been designed for supervisors, team leaders, first line and middle managers who may be new in their position, or more experienced, and recognise the need to continually improve and build their management skills.  It takes the approach of the manager 'facilitating' staff, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Successful managers understand behavioural differences and have the flexibility to comfortably use different management approaches in different situations.  Effective managers choose to develop their present abilities and build upon that foundation.

This programme determines the most effective management approach as each session introduces key skills, knowledge and attitude training needed to become a successful manager.  These sessions increase a participant's confidence, encourage respect and get desired results by unlocking the door to productive communication, positive relationships and key management skills.
