Description

Course Summary

The leader’s role is crucial and the ability to understand their business, and those they lead, can be the difference between success and failure. Most top executives have grown up through the ranks and have had to master many role changes. The final change from manager to leader can be challenging and exciting, as well as difficult. To achieve this, leaders need to understand their new role in business. They have to set the blueprint for their business, including setting the vision and the goals whilst moving their team to a self-empowered structure for growth. They need to present themselves as masters of positively influencing people and maintaining a high level of integrity.

This programme is designed for leaders who want to learn how to maximise the potential of their team through delegation and empowerment and to understand behavioural differences. They want to become more effective decision makers because they know their decisions set the course for their company. As the role model for their team, they are striving for higher levels of motivation for themselves and others.
