This popular workshop represented an investment and so, to get even more value out of it we are offering a one day Reconnect Session!  We invite those, who have attended the two day workshop, to come and share what has worked, what has been challenging and what would add to their knowledge. 

An Introduction to People Management is a great way to pick up the basics of people management and share your learning with other people. The challenge with introduction courses is that there is a lot of material that needs to be practised back at work.

To make this Reconnect Session work, come willing to share with other attendees and be willing to take on board feedback.   Jon will endeavour to help each attendee leave with a set of individual objectives to help them move forward and focus on the areas that will make the difference.  Number of attendees will be limited.
