Louise’s commitment to developing the managers and leaders of the future has been demonstrated over the last ten years through her growing portfolio of training and postgraduate education. Her special interest is in developing managers’ abilities to deliver challenging service change by, and through, the honing of key leadership skills.
Louise has extensive experience of working in the public sector, at operational and board level. She plays clarinet in a local orchestra and sings in a variety of regional choirs – and uses some of these skills in an expected way in her training workshops.
