- From M5 J30: Exit M5 at J30 to Exeter, follow signs to city centre.
- Proceed along dual carriageway.
- Take the 3rd exit off and proceed to the traffic controlled roundabout, take 3rd exit onto the A3015 Topsham Road, towards city centre.
- Buckerell Lodge is on the right one mile further on, just past the 5th set of traffic lights.
