Established in 1781 William Pollard and Co Ltd “Pollards” is one of the oldest printers in the country.
236 years later Pollards are now a flexible, modern printing company equipped with the latest printing equipment, to service the needs of many national businesses and Exeter's many businesses, both large and small.
The company is still family owned (9th generation) and over the years has occupied a number of sites in and around Exeter. they are currently based on Sowton Industrial Estate, Exeter.
Dave Mace, Managing Director at Pollards Print told us why they were looking for training:
"The need to continually improve all aspects of our Business led us to choose Crisp Professional Development to develop our Leadership Team.
We understand it takes a well led business with an empowered team to achieve long term success.
We chose the “Being a Leader programme” and through prior consultation with Crisp, we tailored the content to meet our objectives.
A few months on I am really pleased to see some of the learning being utilised to great effect on a day to day basis.
The next step is to send staff to some of the Masterclasses as well as a number of 1 to 1 interventions to address specific development needs.
I can highly recommend Crisp to other organisations."
