We recently delivered a 2 hour learning webinar (the first in a series of for a large, local NHS client who wanted to do just that – provide clarity to a large number of managers and staff, on their approach and procedures around a specific topic – in this case, managing absence.

When it comes to procuring professional development, there are just so many decisions to be made. You may be looking for training for one person or for 50. You may want accredited training. Development for your managers or for new team members. Online or face-to-face training or e-learning. Coaching. A year-long programme of development or a single half day course.
