Lloyd & Whyte is a specialist provider of insurance and financial services to professional affinity groups and their members.

Since 2012, they have engaged with Crisp Professional Development to deliver a range of training and coaching services across the business. Our Open course programme has supported individuals and small groups with courses such as Customer Service Excellence, Train the Trainer and ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management. In addition, we have delivered tailored and specific courses in-house on performance management and sales coaching.

More recently, we have supported the management teams with emotional intelligence profiling and coaching.
