Celebrating our 2015 Charity of the Year!

Crisp Professional Development have presented their 2015 Charity of the Year, Exeter Deaf Academy, with a cheque for £1500.

The donation comes from a percentage of their open course sales throughout the year. The cheque was presented in front of students, at the Monday morning school assembly.

Managing Director Shaun Durham said: “We are delighted to have been able to support the Deaf Academy, with both donations and with their leadership development programme, throughout 2015. We are proud to support local charities and the Deaf Academy is a fantastic organisation who are fundraising in aid of the development of a new site in the city.”

Tori Vince, Head of Public Appeal from Exeter Deaf Academy said: “We would like to extend our huge thanks to Crisp Professional Development who have supported us throughout 2015. We are not funded in the same way as mainstream schools and therefore need fundraising support on a day to day basis. Without the help of local organisations like Crisp we would also struggle to make our ambition of a new Deaf Academy a reality”.
