We have a core head office team, supported by a carefully selected associate network of coaches, trainers and leadership development specialists. Some of our team have been with us since the beginning in 1990.
Shaun has worked in the people consulting sector for seventeen years. He is the managing director and an executive coach. ILM and EMCC qualified and certified to deliver EQi2.0 emotional intelligence profiles, he leads on leadership development, coaching and is a passionate advocate of positive psychology. He is committed to on-going personal development and is receiving CPD from The Performance Coach. Outside of work, he is a keen coastal rower and holds black belts in Aikido and Tae Kwon Do.
Sam is Head of Client Services for Crisp Professional Development.
With almost thirty years years of experience within sales & customer relationship management, Sam’s role includes managing the Crisp team, identifying new clients and ensuring that existing customers’ expectations are exceeded.
Outside of the office, Sam loves foreign travel, is a member of a bookclub and loves to walk her two dogs in the beautiful Devon country or on the beach.
Helen is Head of People Development for Crisp Professional Development and has been with the business for an impressive twenty years. She is an accomplished and experienced trainer, facilitator and consultant / mentor in her own right and has trained in the USA, China and throughout the UK and Ireland. She oversees all of our in-house training and ILM accredited programmes. Outside of work Helen enjoys photography, travel, reading, learning to paint watercolours and walking her beloved dachshund.
Alex is our Client Relationship manager at Crisp Professional Development. She joins us with over 20 years experience of all aspects of sales and marketing across a range of fields.
She has a wealth of experience supporting and building relationships with clients and customers in her previous roles.
In her own time Alex is a cat lover and enjoys aqua fit, swimming and coastal walking as well as summer festivals with friends and family.
Anneke is our Finance Manager. She has more than 10 years' experience with another training company, and previously 10 years with an international media company managing teams investigating equities data, analytics and product queries, and data and product acceptance testing. Anneke's role at Crisp Professional Development includes all aspects of finance, data and projects.
Outside of the office, Anneke enjoys coastal rowing, pilates, painting, coastal walks, professional book editing and studying CBT.
Sarah is a confident, professional Coach, Facilitator, Trainer and Mediator. She has a wealth of experience working with supervisors and leaders from a range of sectors. She has a resourceful, positive attitude and, combined with her ability to form trusting professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, this results in making a noticeable positive impact in all aspects of the development that she undertakes.
Historically, Sarah has held senior roles in both the private and public sector, across a range of industries, giving her a breadth of experience and flexibility in her approach which allows her to be business and outcome orientated, financially astute, creative and resourceful. She can capably adapt her style to suit the culture, language and approach of differing sectors and audiences.
Her client portfolio includes professional services organisations (including FTSE 100), NHS, charity sector, government regulated organisations and local public service providers. Sarah holds professional qualifications in Executive Coaching, Mediation, Mindfulness, Management, Quality Assurance, Learning and Development and various assessor qualifications.
Outside of work Sarah can be found kayaking on the Dart or gardening, with the help of her rare-breed chickens !
Abi is our Account Manager at Crisp Professional Development.
Abi has years of experience working in management roles across sales, business development and marketing from a variety of industries including aviation, real estate, education and technology, as well as having graduated from a Management and Leadership Diploma a couple of years ago.
In a previous training company Abi worked for, she was at the forefront of securing new business partnerships, organising national courses and ensuring the customers experience was always of a high standard.
In her spare time Abi can be found renovating her home, planning her wedding, travelling, enjoy the great outdoors and is a keen Florist on the side!
Aileen is our Marketing Manager and as such is responsible for producing all of our marketing literature from weekly newsletters to blog articles. She also oversees our social media strategy. She has worked as a client relationship manager for many years, predominantly for management consultancies and training businesses.
Outside of work she enjoys being outside, whether that's pounding the streets with her local running group or walking with her family and dog on Dartmoor.
Dale has recently joined us as a Non-Executive Director.
He is working with Crisp to help support the growth of the business, working closely with Shaun and the team to enhance our operations; create and support our strategic direction; act as an ambassador along with facilitating the introduction of key strategic relationships.
