A 4 day Leadership & Management training programme

Crediton Dairy is one of the UK’s leading dairy drinks businesses producing a comprehensive range of fresh flavoured and functional chilled milk drinks, iced coffee drinks and long life milks & creams.  Crediton Dairy products can be found in over 13,500 food retail stores nationwide. They’re also a leading supplier of milks and creams across the foodservice and wholesale sectors. 

Following a strategic decision to significantly increase their investment in training and development, Phil Gater, HR Director, met with Crisp Professional Development to scope out a programme of leadership and management learning. We recommended a four-day leadership programme for the SMT and middle managers and a two day course for team leaders.

The two initiatives were linked by common themes and approaches and tailored to meet the specific needs of Crediton Diary. This was supported by 1-2-1 coaching and follow-up sessions to help embed the learning. The preparation involved site visits by both of the coaches and development of specific content.

To date there have been two cohorts going through the programme with an intention to roll it out further in 2019.
