Boosting Excel Skills with Numatic

We were recently approached by the HR department at Numatic to discuss a training need for their Production team.

Numatic are located in Chard in the southwest of England and employ over 700 people. They manufacture over 4000 products per day - domestic, commercial and industrial cleaning equipment, most notably their smiley-faced vacuum cleaners.

What was your training need?

Following our six monthly performance reviews it was recognised that a number of employees in the Production area felt Excel training would benefit them in their job roles. It was decided that as a business we needed to spend more time investing into training which isn't production related.

The training our employees received, identified the needs of the training we were expecting, which was to make their everyday working life easier by understanding the function of Excel and how to use it most effectively, especially when it comes to recording production related figures.
