Paritor jumps in early to the GROW membership scheme
Paritor are an Exeter based market-leading software business providing services to the education market in the UK, Ireland and Europe.
They employ a mix of software developers, customer service and client account management staff, and are owned by Managing Director Simon Dutton. This year saw record growth and turnover.
Here, Simon explains why he signed up for the GROW network.
“We are a knowledge-based, people driven business, and as such, learning and development is a means of keeping performance and motivation levels high.

The GROW network is an annual membership scheme for leaders and employees in small businesses, with up to 12 employees, in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset.
