L-3 Communications are one of the top ten defense contractors in the world working with the US government and leading corporations throughout the world.  

We asked Nick Jones, HR Director and Ethics Officer, to describe his experience when he partnered with Crisp Professional Development on some recent Senior Management Team Development workshops.

"Recently, we undertook a wide ranging strategic review which included a comprehensive culture change programme. We created a “senior management team” at the level below the Executives but quickly identified that we needed an external intervention to help us accelerate.

I spoke to three providers, all of whom had been recommended.  I chose Crisp Professional Development (CPD) because Shaun clearly listened to where we were at on our journey and came back with a proposal that really hit the mark.

I am delighted to say that the choice was vindicated by the delivery as well. CPD developed and delivered 2 x 2 day workshops using a coaching facilitation method. We were looking for delegates to be given help and support on the change journey, to foster communication and involvement and to develop confidence both individually and as a team.

The feedback from the delegates (many of whom were cynical at the start) was outstanding. Shaun and Tony clearly gained their confidence quickly and as a business we have seen significant improvements in performance. I have already asked CPD to develop a workshop for the “middle management” population and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other businesses."
