Our Art of Delegation, Motivation and Empowerment course will teach you the three fundamental tools for being an outstanding manager: 1) to be able to motivate your team, 2) to be able to properly delegate to them, and 3) to understand what it takes before a person can be empowered.
This course is a must for any team leader or head of department who wants to get the best out of their team. We will show you how to motivate your team, how to delegate well and ensure that tasks don’t get misinterpreted or forgotten about and how to ensure that your department runs like a well-oiled machine.
Who is it for?
This course is designed for new or existing managers, who feel their organisation could be more productive if their teams were effectively motivated. This course will give you the tools to lead a motivated and empowered team.
What will you learn?
We will define motivation, delegation and empowerment. We will show you the six personality characteristics you need to know about a person before you can motivate, delegate or empower them. By understanding their characteristics we can show you how to motivate them and keep them motivated and engaged with the task and overall strategy of your team. We will show you how to improve accountability and responsibility sharing within your team. You will learn the importance of clear direction and how this can be achieved. We will also show you how to move from delegation to empowerment.

This virtual session runs from 09:30am - 13:00pm, with breaks included.
This course will be run on the Zoom video conferencing platform.
If you've never used Zoom - or any other video conferencing platform - before don't worry, it's quite straightforward!
Before the session, we'll send you instructions to help you get started. The key thing is to ensure that your video and audio settings are working, which you can test before the session.
All you'll need is a laptop/PC with audio and video capability, a good internet connection and somewhere quiet to sit and share a 'virtual learning space' with us for 3.5 hours.
