All our training and development services can be delivered exclusively for you, on your premises or at a third party location.
We delivered our first In Company training course in 1991. It came after a delegate attended a management open course and asked whether the trainer could come to their offices and help her colleagues. Now we offer the full range of learning and development courses, from half-day sessions to multi-day, pan-European management development programmes. All our trainers, coaches and facilitators have many years specialist experience of delivering. Because of this we are able to:
- Develop company and industry relevant content
- Create a programme using different specialists for each unit
- Produce an end-to-end experience from HR consultancy and Needs Analysis to embedding learning and evaluation
- Attend client premises throughout the UK.

If your needs are more complex, or indeed if you don’t know what training you require, then we will carry out a training needs analysis (using diagnostics, P3 profiling or EQi2.0 reports as necessary) with return on investment measures, that will deliver a bespoke programme of learning unique to you. We can integrate this with your recruitment, succession planning or cultural change programmes.
Our outsourced Training Department offering is popular with clients who have no in-house training resource. This provides regular access to the learning and development you need for a set monthly fee. We take the hassle out of administration, needs analysis and managing the budget, while you get training that matches the needs of your business.
