As our ILM Principal, Bill supports groups through their ILM qualifications with an engaging and enthusiastic style, with a wealth of knowledge in training and business management.

Managing Director and Head Coach

Shaun works with individuals and senior teams. His delegates enjoy the energy and enthusiasm he brings to the room, that motivates, challenges and supports transformational learning.

Sam Peter Delivering Exceptional Training

Samantha Peter

Sam is our Office Manager and is therefore responsible for a bit of everything. This includes, but is not limited to, co-ordinating course logistics, office administration, accounts, HR and support to the Marketing & Sales functions.

Director and Head of Client Services

As Head of Client Services at Crisp since 2013, Sam loves building new client relationships for Crisp. She account manages a handful of our longstanding clients and is able to advise on and recommend learning solutions for individuals and teams at all levels.

Director and Client Experience Manager

Roselle has strategic and operational marketing experience and has worked within multiple management groups developing skills and processes as well as line managing and leading a team.

Vicky joined Crisp as our Account Manager after an extensive career in both the Television and Education sectors.  Building relationships with new and existing clients, using a wealth of experience to deliver complete customer satisfaction with every course booked.

Training Logistics Coordinator

Ellen is responsible for arranging and ensuring the smooth delivery and running of all Crisp courses and in-house programmes. Making sure that no detail is overlooked and organising our network of associates.

Digital Marketing Executive

Dominic is our Digital Marketing Executive, and he brings a wealth of experience. Crafting compelling content, engaging media campaigns, and optimising and weaving impactful creativity into every project.

Anne Donnelly

Course Administrator

Anne supports the team with all aspects of Crisp course administration. Often liaising between clients and associates, delivering exceptional training to ensure a first-class delegate experience.

Beyond the core team, we work with a trusted group of experienced facilitators, trainers, and coaches across the UK. Ultimately many have been with us for years, bringing deep expertise in leadership, communication, behavioural psychology, and organisational development.
