Harpers Feeds are an agricultural feed manufacturer and supplier, based in North Devon, employing 130 people. They have worked closely with Crisp Professional Development to access a wide range of staff development needs for over a decade. Crisp worked with us to create a bespoke solution and we were able to meet with our Coach, Alan, as he created the programme, to ensure he understood our business and desired outcomes.
The result was 2 days of development that were truly valuable and bespoke to our company. Alan spent a lot of time ensuring that it was relevant and pitched at the right level. He had excellent experience, skills and composure to deal with any curved balls, and enough knowledge, gravitas and business acumen to gain the respect of all the team.
