ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring

Welcome to your blended programme of learning to enable you to achieve your ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring. The e-learning content contained in this course is only a part of your programme. It is arranged to enable you to complete the first set of assignments and to give you the knowledge required to start your coaching practice.

We should do the courses in order.

Prior to starting the course, you will have a two hour induction with your tutor.

In addition to all the eLearning contained here, you will be required to:

• Attend 1-2-1 and group virtual learning sessions (run on Zoom)
• Complete 18 hours of coaching practice
• Complete the written assignments and collect evidence of your coaching practice.
