Description
All learners attend an induction session, designed to help familiarise them with the programme and understand how their role fits with the qualification. Each learner will receive six half days of training and tutorials, to support their learning.
To complete the ILM Level 3 qualification, all candidates are required to complete three work-based assignments (one for each unit of study outlined below).

Understanding Performance Management
Dedicated tutorial support is provided throughout the course and all learners are eligible for membership of the ILM.
