Is your board or senior management team operating to its full potential? This two day executive team coaching programme will raise their collective awareness of the skills and behaviours needed to operate effectively at executive level.

We use advanced systemic and embodied coaching practices to work with your board to raise awareness about the dynamics affecting your environment and to fully integrate culture, values and individual actions into the whole.

Day one consists of building the skills required to operate at board level: we talk about strategy, vision and purpose; day two focuses on board room behaviours and the four ‘Director Dilemmas’.
