We live busy lives, bombarded by information, app notifications and to-do lists. This can lead to tiredness and low energy, and in some instances illness. And yet, we can choose another way.
Grounding, Present Moment Awareness, Mindfulness – all are ways of describing an approach to life that leads to increased focus, reduced levels of stress and anxiety and enhanced wellbeing.
In this course you will learn what mindfulness is and what it is not; the benefits of mindfulness; meditation and breathing exercises, and you will also discover that mindfulness can be part of routine activities at home and work.
