We live busy lives, bombarded by information, app notifications and To-Do lists. This can lead to tiredness and low energy, and in some instances illness. And yet, we can choose another way.
Grounding, Present Moment Awareness, Mindfulness – all are ways of describing an approach to life that leads to increase focus, reduced levels of stress and anxiety and enhanced wellbeing.
