How the Programme Works
Elevate combines immersive learning, reflection, and practical application.
For those completing the ILM Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring, the programme includes group sessions led by experienced executive coaches, one-to-one tutorial support, and practical coaching experience at a senior level. You’ll complete three ILM modules through a combination of written assignments and reflective portfolios, supported throughout by your dedicated tutor.
The Elevate Senior Leadership Programme explores leadership through three interconnected modules. Elevate Conversations, which focuses on leading as a coach and building deeper listening and feedback skills. Elevate Awareness, which develops emotional intelligence, positive psychology, and an understanding of bias and perception. Lastly, Elevate Transformation, which explores purpose, systemic leadership, and leading change with clarity and presence.
Each module is designed to stretch your thinking while remaining grounded in real-world leadership challenges. This ensures that learning translates directly into meaningful, measurable impact.
