The ultimate goal for every manager must be to build a high-performing team. Essential to this is for the team to be fully empowered and know the mission it is trying to achieve.
A crucial skill needed to be able to develop a high-performing team is to understand each person they manage sufficiently to recognise who can be delegated to and who can be empowered. By the end of the session the team leader will have a full understanding of five key aspects of their team members and will be able to answer the question – can all my team be empowered and if not, what do I do about it?
Our Assertiveness, Self-Confidence & Communication training course will provide you with methods and techniques to communicate with increased confidence and to present yourself more assertively in order for you to make a powerful, positive impression on others.
Our Excel Intermediate Level 1 course is ideal for the reasonably experienced user of Excel who wants to improve their skills when using Microsoft Excel. This Excel training course will develop your knowledge and teach you how to use more complicated functions.
Our Assertiveness & Confidence training (for Women) course is for women who want to communicate more confidently and persuasively and in a style that is comfortable for you. Are you seen as ‘too nice’ and do you feel that this maybe diminishing the respect you get from others in the workplace? Or conversely, would you describe yourself as ‘overly assertive’ or even ‘aggressive’ which gives you short-term co-operation but long-term resistance?
