Our Delegation & Motivation for Managers course will teach you the three fundamental tools for being an outstanding manager: 1) to be able to motivate your team, 2) to be able to properly delegate to them, and 3) to understand what it takes before a person can be empowered.
Our Finance for Non-Financial Managers course is ideal for managers who want to have a better understanding of how the financial aspects of an organisation are managed. On this basic accounts course you will learn elementary accounting principles, understand how the balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statements interact.
Introduction to People Management skills (2 day course: 27 September & 4 October)
This course is designed for those in charge of a department, factory, or business as a whole, and is full of tools and diagnostics that can be used to create a more effective and efficient business whilst looking at what savings that can be made throughout the process.
This is a 2 day event, attendees must be available to attend both 20th & 27th October. Your ability to master your people management skills will have a significant impact on your success as a manager. Making the most of your people and building confidence (both yours and theirs) is the purpose of this course.

In this atmosphere, the team works together in an organised manner to achieve specific goals and their relationships are based more on equality rather than hierarchy.

Our Training for Supervisors workshop is an ideal training course for any supervisor or team leader who has to manage people but still has to work as part of the team. Managing staff effectively is challenging but it can also be extremely rewarding. Individual, team and organisational success comes from consistent and effective management.
