This Team Leadership course is essential for team leaders and managers who want to improve the performance of their team. Turning your team or department into an active and successful team takes consistent hard work, commitment, trust and organization.

Note: This is a 2-day event, attendees must be available to attend both the 12th and 20th June 2024. Your ability to master your people management skills will have a significant impact on your success as a manager. Making the most of your people and building confidence (both yours and theirs) is the purpose of this course.

The ultimate goal for every manager must be to build a high-performing team. Essential to this is for the team to be fully empowered and know the mission it is trying to achieve.

A crucial skill needed to be able to develop a high-performing team is to understand each person they manage sufficiently to recognise who can be delegated to and who can be empowered. By the end of the session the team leader will have a full understanding of five key aspects of their team members and will be able to answer the question – can all my team be empowered and if not, what do I do about it?
